Creating a modern private rooftop terrace
Working on this private two-unit building, we created a simple, low-maintenance rooftop terrace centered around Trex Enhance decking. The staggered layout gives the space a clean and modern look, and a neon LED strip along the parapet adds soft ambient lighting for evenings. The client wanted a true blank canvas, so the terrace was designed intentionally open, with flexible seating that can be moved or expanded as his needs evolve. The layout also leaves room for future upgrades such as a custom pergola or a full outdoor kitchen, which can be integrated seamlessly into the existing deck.
