For this Greenpoint rooftop, the homeowner wanted a little bit of everything in a compact, well-organized layout. We installed NewTechWood composite deck tiles on a pedestal system and anchored a PERGOLUX louvered pergola directly into the roof structure while maintaining proper waterproofing. Full-perimeter privacy screens by Barrette Outdoor Living frame the terrace and provide a modern backdrop for each zone. The natural gas outdoor kitchen features a stainless steel grill, refrigerator, granite countertop, and a mix of open and closed storage for daily use.
