Our role in the project involved working with the general contractor during the building’s construction. - Porcelain pavers installed on a pedestal system, allowing easy access to the roof membrane for maintenance when required.
- A pre-fabricated aluminum fire pit fueled by propane serves as the centerpiece of the seating area, offering warmth and an inviting ambiance for evening gatherings.
- Ambient lighting was integrated throughout, including along the perimeter and around the seating area, to ensure a well-lit and safe environment at night.
- Minimalist metal privacy screens were added, creating a semi-enclosed space that still maintains the open, airy feel of the rooftop terrace.
